Hundeo affiliate program terms

These terms govern participation in the Hundeo affiliate program. The parties are RINACLA LTD, Georgiou Karaiskaki 11-13, CARISA SALONICA, Flat/Office 102, 7560 Pervolia, Larnaca, Cyprus (Hundeo or we) and you as a partner.

The program runs on the Referly platform (Referly Technologies, LLC, USA). That is where you find your partner link, your code, your statistics and your payouts. Referly is not a party to these terms. Referly's own terms of use also apply to your Referly account.

Web purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle is not a party to these terms either.

A partner's own terms and conditions do not apply. Special conditions, for example for a campaign, only apply once we have confirmed them in writing (email is enough).

You must be at least 18 years old to take part. The details in your application and in your Referly account must be true and up to date. Each person or company may hold one partner account.

After you apply, we review your channels. An automated pre-check of the public websites and profiles you list helps us with this. Suitable applications can be approved automatically. A person decides on every rejection.

There is no right to be admitted. We may decline an application without giving reasons.

If you sign up directly in Hundeo's Referly partner portal, these terms apply in the same way.

You earn 30% commission on the net revenue of qualifying web purchases attributed to you under section 4. Web purchases are purchases of a Hundeo subscription or of lifetime access on hundeo.com or app.hundeo.com that are paid through Paddle.

Net revenue is the amount your customer actually pays after the discount, minus the VAT included in it. We do not deduct Paddle's fees.

For subscriptions you earn commission on every paid renewal of the same subscription for as long as it runs, stays attributed to you and your participation continues (section 13). That is what we mean by lifetime commission. Lifetime access earns a one-off commission.

No commission is paid on purchases in the Apple App Store or on Google Play, on free trials and other payments of €0, on your own purchases or purchases for yourself, on purchases without valid attribution, or on amounts that are refunded, charged back or withdrawn before the commission is paid out (section 7).

Commission is calculated in euros. If your customer pays in another currency, the amount is converted into euros first.

A purchase is attributed to you when your customer arrives through your partner link or uses your partner code at checkout.

Partner link: when someone clicks your link and allows marketing cookies, we store your partner ID in the browser for 30 days (cookie and local storage). Referly's tracking then also loads and remembers your link in its own cookies for up to 60 days after the last visit. Without consent we do not store your partner ID in the browser. The purchase then counts if your partner ID is still in the address at checkout or your code is used at checkout. If your customer starts our quiz through your link, we also store your partner ID with their quiz session, even without consent. If they complete the purchase later through a link in one of our emails, it counts for you. The price from the email then applies, and your discount is not applied automatically.

Partner code: your code gives your customer the discount and attributes the purchase to you, even without cookies. If Referly's tracking has already stored another partner for this customer, that partner gets the purchase (see the order in the next paragraph).

If a customer comes through several partners, this order applies: first the partner stored by Referly's tracking, then a partner code used at checkout, then the partner ID from the address or from our partner cookie. A code entered at checkout therefore does not change an attribution made by Referly's tracking. If there are several partner links, the most recently clicked link counts.

Renewals stay attributed to the partner who was credited with the first paid purchase.

The data in our systems and at Referly and Paddle is decisive. If you think an attribution is missing, write to us and we will check it against the available data.

With your code your customer gets 20% off web purchases. For subscriptions the discount also applies to every renewal for as long as the subscription runs. We set the discount level. The name of your code does not change it.

Do not promise any other discounts, free periods or promotions that we have not approved for you.

Each commission stays pending for 30 days after the payment. Refunds and chargebacks are taken into account until the payout (section 7).

After that, Referly pays the commission with the next weekly payout. There is no minimum amount.

To get paid, connect a payout account in Referly and keep your tax and invoicing details up to date. Without a connected payout account, Referly cannot pay you.

Hundeo pays the service fee Referly charges for payouts. Fees that arise when the money is sent to you, for example for currency conversion, cross-border transfers or at your bank, are yours.

If a purchase is fully refunded, including after a withdrawal, or charged back, the commission is cancelled as long as it has not been paid out yet. For a partial refund we reduce the unpaid commission pro rata by hand.

If a refund or chargeback only happens after the commission has been paid out, we do not claw back the commission.

You are responsible for paying tax on your commission and, where required, for registering a business.

Whether VAT applies to your commission depends on your status. Referly issues the statement as a self-billing invoice on our behalf, based on your details (individual or business, country, VAT ID). Keep these details up to date. By taking part you agree to self-billing.

Every recommendation of Hundeo is advertising and must be clearly labelled as such: visible at the start, for example with "Ad" or "Advertising", and on social media also with the paid partnership feature. Label partner links as affiliate links.

Make no health or healing claims and no statements Hundeo cannot back up, such as guaranteed training results or claims about curing illnesses. Rules on health advertising also cover animals.

Review Hundeo honestly. Invented experiences, paid reviews and misleading comparisons are not allowed.

Without our prior written consent (email is enough), the following is not allowed:

• Search ads on the Hundeo brand, including combinations with words like coupon, discount or code and misspellings (brand bidding), and domains or profile names containing Hundeo.
• Coupon, cashback and discount sites. We only consent to reputable sites.
• Cookie stuffing, forced or automated clicks, hidden frames and any other technique that attributes a purchase without a real recommendation.
• Spam by email, direct message, SMS or in comments, and spreading your code at scale in forums, comments or groups.
• Fake accounts, reviews or testimonials, and purchases through your own link or code.
• Acting in Hundeo's name, for example as official support, and using our logo or content outside the partner kit.
• Ads next to illegal, violent, pornographic or animal-cruelty content.

You may use the Hundeo name, our logo and the partner kit materials to recommend Hundeo. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, free of charge and can be revoked at any time. Do not alter logos or screenshots in a way that creates a false impression.

Each party is a separate controller for the data it processes itself. Through Referly you see details of the purchases attributed to you. Depending on the program settings, these can include the customer's email address and name. Use these details only for settlement and not for your own marketing.

How we process your data as a partner is explained in our privacy policy.

Participation runs for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate with 14 days' notice in writing, for example by email.

In the event of a serious breach of these terms, in particular of sections 9 and 10, we may terminate immediately and block your account. Commission on purchases based on the breach is forfeited.

After the end you receive commission for purchases that were paid and attributed to you up to that point, under the normal rules. Renewals and other payments after the end earn no commission. Your code can then no longer be redeemed.

We may change these terms, for example when commissions, technology or the law change. We announce changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may terminate before they take effect. If you keep taking part afterwards, the new terms apply.

If the commission rate changes, the new rate applies to payments from the effective date.

Section 10 of our terms and conditions applies to liability accordingly. We do not guarantee minimum earnings or uninterrupted availability of the website, checkout or Referly.

You indemnify us against third-party claims that arise because you breach these terms or applicable law, for example by not disclosing ads.

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live as a consumer remain unaffected. If you act as a business, the place of jurisdiction is Hundeo's registered office in Cyprus.

These terms are available in German, English, Spanish, French and Italian. If the versions differ, the German version prevails. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.
