Paddle is the merchant for web purchases. Open your purchase with Paddle and request cancellation, refund, or withdrawal there. We will review your Hundeo request in parallel.
Withdraw contract
Here you can send us your withdrawal declaration. We confirm receipt by email and then check which provider handled your purchase.
Important: The contract and payment usually do not run directly through Hundeo. For web purchases, Paddle is the merchant and payment provider. For in-app purchases, Apple or Google Play is responsible. We receive your declaration and help route it, but cancellation, refund, or withdrawal must also be started with the correct provider.

Apple manages App Store subscriptions itself. Cancel the subscription in your Apple Account and request refund or withdrawal through Apple's report-a-problem page.

Google Play manages Google Play subscriptions itself. Cancel the subscription in Google Play and request refund or withdrawal through the Google Play refund flow.
